The underpinning aim of Scalchemy Training and Development can be found in the company name…

By removing the S and the C (initials of the founding directors) Alchemy remains, and here lies the heart of the mission statement;

Scalchemy is about growth, progression, and change into something precious. We firmly believe that there are grains of gold inside each of us and it is everyone’s right to have an equal opportunity to optimise their potential, both as adults and children.

We see our role as facilitating childcare practitioners to educate children who are both valued and cherished.

This can only be done by providing excellent training opportunities to childcare practitioners. Building their confidence and their abilities to provide quality childcare that promotes all children to have a positive aptitude to lifelong learning.
